While many local companies must deal with low profits, prices in stock markets are increasing. Apparently, this phenomenon certainly regards Switzerland, but it spreaded all over the world. This tendency is under observation of many experts and analysts like Hamid-Reza Khoyi.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][dfd_spacer screen_wide_spacer_size="50" screen_normal_resolution="1024" screen_tablet_resolution="800" screen_mobile_resolution="480"][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][dfd_heading subtitle="" delimiter_settings="delimiter_style:solid|delimiter_width:80|delimiter_height:1" undefined="" title_font_options="tag:h2" subtitle_font_options="tag:div" tutorials=""]

Data showing the recovery of markets

In March 2020, SPI (Swiss Performance Index), an index for analyzing the tendencies of Swiss stock market, was at a drastic level. But during the whole year the market gave almost no signs of worsening, except for the beginning of the 2nd wave.

Now SPI’s score reached the same value of the period right before the pandemic: it means that the financial market is emerging from the crisis. Not only that, it is starting to grow again from where it left before Covid-19. This pace has been followed even in the USA, where the stock market closed 2020 positively. Even in the EU, financial recovery is on its way, though not all countries reached higher scores than the year before.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][dfd_spacer screen_wide_spacer_size="50" screen_normal_resolution="1024" screen_tablet_resolution="800" screen_mobile_resolution="480"][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][dfd_heading subtitle="" delimiter_settings="delimiter_style:solid|delimiter_width:80|delimiter_height:1" undefined="" title_font_options="tag:h2" subtitle_font_options="tag:div" tutorials=""]

Why financial market has its own rhythm

[/dfd_heading][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][dfd_spacer screen_wide_spacer_size="15" screen_normal_resolution="1024" screen_tablet_resolution="800" screen_mobile_resolution="480"][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The pace of Swiss financial market is caused by different factors. First of all, the behaviour of investors: in March, they believed that the pandemic would have caused the fall of their sector, so they acted in a panic. Eventually, the crisis did not take over all markets, so it had a dishomogeneous effect. At that moment, investors realized that a part of economy was still moving forward and they trusted the financial market again. Moreover, the monetary policies of national central banks were varied and expensive above all, so now we have the right formula for the recovery.

What we can do now is hoping for all markets to recover, following the example of the financial market. This is what the commercial analyst Hamid-Reza Khoyi has hoped for since he noticed the positive tendency of Swiss stock markets.
